Your purchase includes 10 slips of “Beauregard” sweet potatoes, known for it’s coppery skin and orange flesh. This is more productive than other varieties with high yields. It’s great for Northern growers like us in New York because the crop time is 100-115 days. Experts recommend us Northern growers cover our grow space with a black fabric 2-3 weeks before planting the slips to keep the soil warm.
